Lifeless baby found floating in Lagos canal

Another baby was yesterday found abandoned in a Lagos canal. The baby who still had its umbilical cord attached, the baby is believed to be a few days old. The baby was found lifeless floating atop a canal located at Orisan street, by Iyana bus stop, Ajangbadi, Lagos State. The heart of man is desperately wicked.
