EVIL : Baby found d*ad inside a gutter

A baby was found d*ad yesterday morning inside a gutter along Upper New Market road axis of Onitsha , Anambra State. A reident who lives in the state took the photo and sent it in. The baby was well dressed and dumped there. So sad, may the Young soul R.I.P, and may the wrath of God and man befall whoever committed such an act
